TruckSathi Terms and Conditions
Oct 26, 2026
1. Acceptance, Eligibility and Account
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Techwe Innovation Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”), the owner and operator of TruckSathi, our mobile application and website at trucksathi.com (the “Platform”). They are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and need no physical signature.
By downloading, registering on or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
- Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and use the Platform for business purposes.
- Business users: if you use the Platform for a firm or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.
- Account: you must give true, current and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by managers, drivers or staff you add. Keep your login credentials and OTPs confidential and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- One account, one user: accounts may not be shared outside your business or sold.
2. Services and Permitted Use
TruckSathi is a SaaS platform that lets truck owners and transporters manage ledgers (accounting), trips, expenses, documents and compliance, and connects with Government and private third-party providers through APIs (the “Services”).
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Enter false, misleading or unlawful data, or data you have no right to share.
- Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or try to extract the source code or data of the Platform.
- Upload viruses, malware or any code that harms the Platform or other users.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts or third-party APIs, or overload our servers.
- Resell, sub-license, rent or provide the Services to others without our written permission.
- Use the Services to commit fraud, tax evasion, money laundering or any act that breaks Indian law.
We may suspend or remove any account or content that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms or the law.
3. Free Trial, Subscription, Fees and Refunds
3.1 Free trial and paid platform
TruckSathi may offer a free trial for a limited period ([__] days). TruckSathi is a paid platform: once the free trial ends, you must buy a subscription plan to keep using the Services. If you do not subscribe, we may restrict or suspend access to your account after the trial ends.
3.2 Subscription plans and payment
- Plans, features and prices are shown on the Platform. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Fees are payable in advance for the plan period you choose, through the payment methods we offer.
- By choosing a plan and completing payment, you agree to avail the Services for that plan period and accept these Terms.
- If a subscription expires without renewal, access to paid features may stop. We are not responsible for loss or delay caused by non-renewal.
3.3 No refund policy
All fees paid are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree that you have chosen to avail the Services, and no refund, credit or pro-rata adjustment will be given for any reason, including unused time, early cancellation, downgrade, account closure, or non-use of the Services. This does not affect any right that applicable law gives you and cannot be excluded. If you were charged twice by mistake or a payment failed but the amount was debited, contact us within [7] days and we will correct the error.
3.4 Plans are non-transferable
A subscription plan is personal to the registered account holder. You may not transfer, assign, sell, share, gift or sub-license a plan, or any credit or balance in it, to any other person, firm or user. Any attempt to do so is void, and we may suspend or terminate the account without refund.
3.5 Price and plan changes
We may change subscription prices, plan features and plan structure from time to time, including because of rising global server, cloud hosting, third-party API and other operating costs. Changes apply from the next renewal or the date we announce on the Platform. Continued use after a change means you accept it. A change will not alter the fee for a plan period you have already paid for.
4. Third-Party Services, Disclaimers and Liability
4.1 Third-party APIs
The Platform connects with Government and private third-party providers for records such as vehicle, licence, FASTag, challan, GST and payment data. These providers are independent. We do not control their data, uptime or accuracy, and their own terms apply. Their services may be delayed, changed or discontinued without notice, and some features may be affected as a result.
4.2 Your responsibility for data and compliance
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for checking ledger, tax, compliance and legal information before relying on it. TruckSathi is a record-keeping and management tool. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
4.3 Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of security risks, or that third-party data will be complete or current. Scheduled maintenance, network failures and events beyond our control (force majeure) may affect availability.
4.4 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the [3] months before the claim arose.
4.5 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our directors, employees and partners harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your data, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
5. Intellectual Property, Termination, Changes and Law
5.1 Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks and content, belongs to the Company and is protected by Indian law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it during your subscription. You keep ownership of the data you enter, and you allow us to process it to provide the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time, subject to Section 3.3. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the Platform, or if the law requires it. On termination, your right to use the Services ends. Clauses that by nature should survive, including payment, no refund, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law, continue to apply.
